God of Sleep

Hypnos Hall’s interior design has the concept of a “god house”, inspired by the structure it’s nestled in. God of Sleep, prepared with the idea to create a “god” that is the host of the venue, is made of plain geometrical forms. The installation overlaps with the theme of the nightclub and aims to bring digital and physical media together. The hand-made paper surfaces are used as a screen to project the visual work (video mapping) on, thus bringing God of Sleep to the fore as an element that coalesces with the music, the atmosphere and the lights, and achieves one-on-one communication with the audience.
